Shipping policy

Goods will be shipped using Australia Post direct from our Notting Hill factory in Australia. Tracking details will be provided to the customer before shipment.

Shipments going to overseas destinations (North America, Asia and Europe) may be subjected to import duties (tariffs) and taxes. It is up to the customer to pay these taxes, otherwise they will not receive their order.
